I booked my reservation online at hotels.com and it was an absolute nightmare. When I walked up to the front desk, they said they couldn't find my reservation. I showed them the confirmation hotels.com emailed me but the confirmation number didn't match anything in the hotel's system. The lady behind the desk (I think her name was Crystal) was very helpful. She called hotels.com and was able to sort things out - poor girl, she was on hold with them for 20+ minutes!
The room was ok. It would have been better if there was a fridge or a microwave in it, but whatever. Breakfast in the restaurant was pretty standard. My server dropped off my check right as I got my food which I thought was rude. I felt like I was being rushed and they weren't even busy!More
