“Nice Motel, Good Location, Very Poor Service”

I stayed at this location the nights of 12/6/13 & 12/7/13. Upon arrival we noticed that one of the folded hand towels had several long, dark hairs lying on it! Also, there was only one face cloth in the bathroom. We reported this to the desk as we left in the early afternoon, but, when we returned that evening nothing had been replaced. It took a couple of phone calls to get the towels delivered. The next day, we left the room at 10:30 am and returned at around 8:30 pm. We found that the room had not been cleaned, the beds not made and the bathroom not serviced (a couple of towels had been left on the floor for replacement, but nothing had been done in the room at all. After a couple of conversations with the front desk, a maintenance man appeared with a set of towels and a broom/dust pan. He asked if we had called for some towels and he said something about some of the maids needing training!

The staffs were great, room was clean while little bit small. Breakfast has many selections and good quality. Location is not that good, little bit far from downtown, close to a highway and somewhat noisy if you are sensitive.

Nothing special as far as the hotel goes, but the price was good and the staff pleasant. Room was clean. Good enough for someone en route back home needing a room.

Only criticism is the bed is a little hard.

The Whirlpool Suite was a wonderful way to spend a romantic evening. The large king size bed was firm but comfortable and the large walk-in shower was perfect for two. The shower has a second overhead rainforest-type shower head which was wonderful.

Beautiful lobby! Close to shopping and dining which was very nice. Breakfast was good although I would like to suggest the hotel get single serve condiments it was a little awkward sharing hot sauce, salt and syrup with everyone else. The internet was also completely unavailable for the first 2days of our stay which was very frustrating seeing this was our first time to Denver and wanted to look up things to do comfortably in our room. We ended up asking the Hampton up the road if we could use their guest computer as we had to print tickets out as well. I would suggest them looking into finding a provider with a faster response time in such cases. All in all I would stay here again.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear about the internet being down can you contact me directly and let me know what day you stayed here with us? Each table should be set with salt, pepper, and syrup dispensers on each table. We do not put all the other items on the table due to space. If you are ever back in the area please come and see us again, we do have more than one bottle of the extra items and if you would like one of your own just ask we will be delighted to get that for you. I really appreciate you taking the time to give me you feedback, from now on we will leave more bottles of the food dressing out I think that’s a great idea, thank you!

Our stay at your Hotel was Awesome! The room was very nice and the staff was more than helpful accommodating. The front desk printed us a map, and explained how to navigate around. They were genuinely friendly and we felt very welcome. We want to especially thank Maggie...It was the day after the Broncos/KC game and we were exhausted, our son really wanted some hot coca, there wasn't any available but she went and got some of her personal coca and gave it to him. That was so nice of her and really left a good impression on our family. We are happy to have had such a personal wonderful experience staying at your Hotel. Okay, so maybe this title is a bit of a pun, since I spent the entire night sweating in my room. Middle of the winter and I spent the night sweating in my room. The AC did little to overcome the apparent sauna temperature that the rest of the hotel was kept at. The room was small. Bathroom amenities, with the exception of the soap, were all from gym-style dispensers. Who knows what the brand was. Very, very cheap. The shower at least had good pressure. The area around the hotel seemed unsafe with numerous seedy characters lurking outside.

Positives: Check-in was friendly, and the bed was comfortable. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel as there are much nicer hotels with functioning AC nearby.

Thank you for taking the time to give us a review. I am sorry the room was so hot during you stay. We do use central air for the building and it is set to hot or cold, and due to Colorado’s weather right now it’s warm by day but pretty cold by night. This is why we have the window unit as well so guest are able to set the room to the desired temperature. When you are here with and experience any kind of discomfort please let us know so we can fix it before you leave. We do have staffing here 24 hours a day so no matter what time it is someone is here to help.
