I arrived at the hotel at about 1am from a late flight and departed around 8am heading to SD, so I was here for only a short while. The location is convenient to the airport and the hotel shuttle was waiting for me when I arrived outside. Checkin was quick and easy. The room was very standard and aside from the long strand of hair left in the bathtub, it seemed clean. Great shower pressure. This hotel is sufficient for an overnight stay.

Stayed 1 night end May on arrival from UK - fourth time at this hotel - then took day room 2 weeks later before return flight. Always book direct with hotel previous day, ask for and as usual got good rates. Generally clean, helpful desk clerks, rooms adequate (some better than others, not all have fridge/microwave), beds comfortable, no parking problems; don't use DIA shuttle so can't comment on that. Breakfast OK, not outstanding but like the hotel is good value at this location as included in rate.

Grumbles: breakfast (weekdays) ends too early - in last 45 mins. lack of space in breakfast room and staff cannot cope with replacing run-out food items. Timespan should be extended beyond 9 am. Also: this hotel not the only one whose inability to provide automatic sliding doors at front entrance reduces us to tears of frustration - why do parties having 2-3 bags have to struggle to get in through a hinged door?

I joined "Choice Priviledges" to earn points on our hotel stays. Please don't bother with this - or staying at Quality Inns. My husband had a medical emergency - and had to have surgery almost 3 weeks before our trip. I called to see if they would work with us since he will be recovering from surgery and we couldn't make this trip. They wouldn't change the reservation - let us move it to another date - give us credit or even partial credit. They charged our credit card for the full amount knowing we cannot make this trip. We can't even let a friend use it - even though we paid for it. This was the decision of the manager. I even offered to have the doctor write up something for them. They don't care - they have our money and don't care what our problem is. They need a class in customer service. You don't bite the hand that feeds you.

Stayed at this hotel after dirving from Grand Junction. It was easy to find and very close to the airport (10min by car) The room was very comfortable and clean. Did not hear any airplanes from this location. There was a Ruby Tuesday restaurant just down the road within walking distance that also had great food.

Room Tip: I would imagine that all the rooms are good. The hotel was well kept and furnishings were nice.

When we arrived at the hotel there was a family reunion going on in the breakfast area of the front lobby...total chaos..kids running everywhere, playing on the elevator. Did not find the desk clerk, think her name was Erin, at all welcoming..she is in the wrong job. Breakfast was just ok....add yogurt. Room was large and comfy. Would stay again if price was right.

We stayed twice at this hotel in a week - once after arriving at DIA and the night before our return trip. I had made reservations thinking I could cancel the 2nd reservation if we didn't like the hotel after the first visit. There was definitely no need to do that. We arrived for the first night at 2:00 am after a weather-delayed arrival into DIA and we were warmly greeted by the front desk clerk who got us checked in and on our way to our rooms in just a matter of minutes. The handicap-accessible room I reserved for my mother-in-law was wonderful -- one of the nicest we've ever had, and our room was very nice as well. Breakfast the next morning was good, but depleted items were not replaced in a timely fashion, however we arrived for breakfast right at the end of the breakfast time, so I figured they weren't replacing items for that reason. Our 2nd stay was just as pleasant as the first. We had been driving for over 10 hours and it was very relaxing to come back to this hotel. Although we didn't need it, the availability of the free airport shuttle is a very nice amenity...you don't see that at hotels much any more. The only negative thing I can say about this hotel is that they don't have adequate parking for a full hotel and both times we stayed we had to park on the side street.

Needed to stay a night before morning flight. This hotel came through with flying colors. Clean, fresh and in a grouping of hotels on Tower RD which at this time is as close to the airport as you can sleep. Shuttle drivers very nice and helpful with speedy delivery of us to and from hotel. Enjoyed the pool and spa area which is indoors yet built in a way sliders can open to a small outdoor area. Great from all seasons. Was so glad the breakfast service began at 5 am and the shuttle ran exactly on time. Walked to Ruby Tuesdays to eat-be careful crossing busy Tower RD. Looks like that entire area of town is growing. Recommend this location without hesitation. They have the little things and the big things all figured out. If you need to stay in order to fly in or out of DIA this is the way to go.
