This is a typical older big city hotel. Clean, but used interior. Long hallways add a character. The first room they gave me was occupied, I guess I am lucky the occupant was not there when I entered. The second room was OK, the only minus was the black mold around the tub tiles.
Stay away from the restaurant. I was told to pick a table-- I chose the least dirty one out of the three empty booths. I sat down, hoping someone would come by and clean it. The waiter took my order without even mentioning the mess. Jalapeno poppers arrived- "need anything else right now?" I answered I would like a napkin and a fork. The cloth-wrapped silverware was unusable because it was that dirty. Really, who wraps dirty silverware? I asked for a check for what I ordered. Thankfully, I was only charged for the appetizer.
The location of the hotel is great, close to "everything", and the hotel shuttle is very convenient.More
