“Not the best not the worst”
Reviewed 19 August 2014 via mobile

1 thing I have to mention is that we came here on our honeymoon and arrived around 7:45 PM. This became quite the issue since they fail to tell you anywhere that the office closes at 7pm everyday?? What kind of place closes that early?? They have an after hours line u can call but nobody answers or calls back. Lucky enough we found a pool lady and she called the managers direct and found us keys and showed us to our room. Notifying the guests after booking would have been nice! The resort I would say was nice and quiet and the rooms were clean and nice nothing fancy just your everyday basic 1 bedroom appt. We really enjoyed the balcony for relaxing in the evening but wish we weren't on the below ground balcony. WIFI $20 for the week??????? Rip off!!! It's 2014 wifi is free at Starbucks why shouldn't it be free at a resort? And to top it off no cell service in the room since we were basically underground... All in all we had a great time but if we were to come to Dillon again we wouldn't stay here.

We have stayed at many RCI resorts and this ranks tops. They took care of so many detailed and small touches that were HUGE. First they actually sent us brochure about the place a week before we arrived. We have never gotten that before. Next they had food available at checking and free coffee and hot chocolate and lemonade too (every day). Check in was swift and they provided so many good resources such as a frequent shopper discount card for the grocery store in town. Using this earned us gas points and we save .20 cents a gallon when we filed up first time and even though we used our points up we still got a discount at end of week on gas we got ready to leave town. They had great info on day trips and gave us a discount card to use at many places around. They never bothered us about timeshares sales. They had a few activivitiesmduring the week but this is not a resort that does that a lot. They had our family name on our front door so it felt like home. Our room was HUGE. We had a two bedroom and the sofa also was a sleeper and there was even a pull out wall to close it off for privacy. Three full baths and the kitchen was the best stocked one ever. It had everything including some spices and Pam spray for pans to cook. Fresh flowers in our room on arrival too. There are girls in several places on the property. The pool and shotguns were immaculate they also had computer and printer with internet available for use in clubhouse which is open 24 hrs. There is a small workout room. A great patio area off clubhouse. There are tennis courts and a basketball court and children's play area. They had balls, rackets that could be checked out for. They also had hundreds of movies you could rent to watch in condo and lots of board games you can check out too. When we arrived our table was already beautifully set for dinner. They offer concierge service to arrange any trips or tours you want. The grounds were so clean. They even had assigned covered parking for our unit. There are hiking trails by the resort which were fun and scenic. The resort is right next to Keystone so you can drive 2 miles and do all the activities there easily. On Fiday and Saturday nights there is a free concert I the amphitheater at the lake. There was a fireplace in our room stocked with more wood than we could ever use along. With firestarter and duralog. They also had a fan and humidifier in the closet with extra supplies including lightbulb a. There was a washer and dryer in the unit with laundry soap and plenty of soap for dishwasher and to do dishes. You can order free towel change out service on Wed. There was so much I can't even remember it all. We certainly re commend it and stay again.

Room Tip: No room was bad but we loved our top floor as it had soaring ceilings and a great view of the area...

My family stayed here for a week in July in a two bedroom top floor unit. Fully modern 2br/3bth condo unit with upgraded appliances and washer/dryer. Nice balcony to sit out on a clear story windows to let the light in. Quiet area, but close to everything plus the back way to Breckenridge!

The clubhouse is just OK, so if you are looking for lots of amenities its not here. The wiFi is a pain and the cell service at the property is sketchy.

I must say though, the grounds are beautiful for a small property and the staff is wonderful.
I will stay here again

Room Tip: Top floors are the nicest

Staff was soooo helpful and went above and beyond to answer questions for us. Very accommodating! room was wonderful--clean and fully stocked!!! Enjoyed the tennis courts... and found out when we were there that they had rackets we could have used so next time we will leave ours home.We were on the 2nd floor which, for a one bedroom, I would suggest. Had all amenities, a great welcome evening, and the location was tops. Hiking and biking galore! Look forward to going during the ski season as location is good, especially for Keystone.

Room Tip: The first floor is a partially below ground level, so there is not as much light as the 2nd floor wh...

We stayed at the SWAN Mountain Resort in April 2014 in a two story 2 bedroom (with Loft) and 3 bathroom condo. It was fantastic! From the check in area complete with coffee/cocoa machine and treats to the people willing to answer any questions. They offer movies for rent for $2 per day which on a couple of days was great as we were “snowed” in (yes, in April). Our unit had a covered parking area. The apartment was well cared for and they paid so much attention to all the small things. There was paper towels, coffee, cocoa, popcorn, dish washing soap, napkins, salt and pepper, cooking oil spray, aluminum foil and containers for left overs. I could go on, but it was so great not to have to run out to the store to get the “annoying stuff”. The location for us was great. We went for an exploration vacation. We wound up driving into Breckenridge (about 20mins), Skied in Keystone (about 5-10 min), Drove to Loveland Pass (25mins). We did a zipline adventure and snow mobile adventure that was fantastic (White Mountain Snowmobile Zip line tours) and the company came to the hotel to pick us up. The people at the resort seem happy to be there and it shows with their home town hospitality and pride. Definitely a place to return to!

We stayed here as we were skiing at Keystone and this is in my time share program. This is a wonderful place the staff is very polite and accommodating. Our Condo was very spacious and stocked. It was very clean. Hot tub and pool were refreshing. They have gear lockers for your skis or boards which is helpful so you aren't dragging snowy equipment in and out all the time. Will definitely stay here again.
