The hotel is ideally situated for those wanting to fish or boat. The rooms are clean and the grounds are quiet and inviting with grass, beautiful flower pots, and benches. Walking distance to restaurants close by. We recommend upper level rooms in Bldg 3 or 4 facing the courtyard. While no air conditioning, you really don't need it at 9,000 ft elevation.

The rooms were nice and clean but none of them had air conditioning. I have never stayed in a room that did not have air conditioning so that was not a question that I would think to ask. It would be nice if they either posted signs or informed the guests that there was no AC in the rooms, neither of which they had/did.

Thank you for taking the time to review out hotel. We apologize for no air conditioning in our units. With the mountain air, although about three to four weeks of the year that get warm during the day, our nights stay fairly cool. Therefore, there is not much need for air conditioning in the area and most hotels and homes in the area do not come with air conditioning. For the future we always have extra box fans in the lobby you can borrow to cool the room a little more. We hope you consider a stay with us again in the future.

Our family vacation to Dillon was so much fun that we didn't want to leave! 3 generations of family and 2 dogs enjoyed everything about this charming little lodge! The views were peaceful and serene. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Will definitely return!

Room Tip: Lake view rooms are amazing! This is a great place to enjoy nature and get away from the crowds, while having the comforts of home just a few steps away!

Excellence. Very clean and pleasant. The surrounding rounds are well kept, with plenty of benches and chairs to seat and rest. The view of the lake is breathtaking. Great location, easy access to everything. Full breakfast was great, high quality food with many choices of extras like: cereals, juices, yogurts, fruit cups, fruit.

We stayed for 2 nights in room with 2 queen beds. Very comfortable. It had a small refrigerator, coffee maker, free wifi, panel TV with HBO, and free breakfast. There was a narrow balcony which in our case looked over the parking lot. But it faced west, so we got the amazing "fire in the sky" Colorado sunsets. There are other rooms which face beautiful Lake Dillon. The location was the best part. Easy walk to the lake, and away from the main drag. There's really nothing to criticize here, except that we got back to our room around 4pm and it hadn't been made up yet. A call to the reception, and the maid service was right there. Overall a huge win for us and we'll be coming back - but will stay longer next time.

Room Tip: I'd try to get a lake view next time.
