We were pleasantly surprised at the quality and creative sushi and Maki Rolls at the Sushitarian restaurant in Durango. The restaurant is small but we were seated immediately by a very attentive waitress. She explained that since it was Sunday, all of the sushi and rolls were less than $5 as were select glasses of wine (I believe there were beer specials as well). The wine list was limited but there were many types of sushi and rolls to choose from. By the end of the evening, I believe we had sampled most of them and we enjoyed every one. This seems to be a hip hangout for the younger crowd but we felt we fit in even though we are old enough to be their parents, even grandparents! We will be back the next time we are in Durango!
