Really enjoyed this restaurant .. a new fine dining experience in Durango, and a great step up for this city. Excellent starters and salads, many with locally sourced foods. The beet salad was just wonderful and not too big .. just perfect! I had the Filet, and my husband had 'Prime Rib Two Ways'. The filet was excellent and perfectly prepared, accompanied by roasted vegetables. Again, a great size and not too big. The prime rib is different than what you might expect .. a more elegant version and lean like the filet. If you are looking for marbling, this is not for you, but the food is excellent. Wine list is good, and hopefully will be further expanded. The bar area is great , and they have upstairs patio seating outdoors ( super view of the area ). Reservations recommended !!
