I visited this pub 4 or 5 times during my visit and the beer is excellent, best of all the brew pubs and I visited them all. You can see the owner is trying to make it a brew pub and bistro type food with very innovative dishes and couple of classics. I ate at the pub 3 times, twice for dinner and once for lunch. The first time I had a roasted beet salad and pork belly sliders, they were excellent and couldn't wait to go back. The 2nd time I had the roasted cauliflower which is considered to be an entrée and roasted beet salad. The cauliflower was burnt on the outside and raw in the middle...just terrible and the roasted beet salad had to much dressing and something was off this time. The 3rd time was St. Paddy's day and they had an Irish Beef stew....it was just ok. Did I mention they have good beer? On one of my last visits to the restaurant I struck up a conversation with the patron besides me, it turns out that he will be the new chef, I hope he can improve the quality and consistency of the food. I do plan to visit again next year on my return trip.
