I usually expect some in house gravy that has flavor and character. This was the typical gravy that is made of flour, water and pepper with chunks of sausage in it. Very bland. Also if you call something the "southwest omelet" it needs more than just green chilies dumped in it. Overall I love diners and will tolerate the Bunn coffee and perhaps even some humorously unsympathetic service if the food is as diner food should be: conspicuously bad for you and delicious. This place is just bad for you.

This is a typical 1950s/60s diner with the blue bar stools! There are booths as well. The staff was very friendly and you could tell they know the regulars.

I had the veggie browns and it was delicious! Everything smelled really great at the table! If I lived in Eagle, it would become a regular spot for me.

Ok, essentially this is a typical American Diner and you should expect good quality, typical diner fare, not a gourmet meal. I've only ever eaten breakfast here and can say nothing about other meals. What sets this place apart is the corned beef hash. This is not your typical corned beef hash and if you are expecting something like the mushy stuff that is served elsewhere, this is nothing like that. Corned beef hash here is shredded potatos with large hunks of corned beef interspersed in perfect proportion. It is interestingly spicy, carrying both a moderate hot pepper kick with an intriguing sourness that compliments it well. Whenever I am in the area in the morning, I stop for corned beef hash and eggs, Just amazing. Waitstaff is friendly and helpful.
