We have been to Jing on many occasions and every single time, it is extraordinary.

The food is as good as it gets and the bar is one of Denver's "hot" spots. The service is good, not great.

A real fun place ... great for a romantic getaway OR a gang looking to have some fun.

Don't pass this one over.

Had an excellent experience at Jing's last evening as part of Denver's 5280 restaurant week. The place was packed and lively but the service and food was great. Had a little bit of a wait as they tend to get overbooked during 5280 week. What was really interesting is the only vegetarian choice for an entree was a "veggie burger"! My wife and I looked at each other and wrinkled our noses but our server explained the ingredients and how the chef designed this himself so we decided to go for it. I have to say, this was the BEST veggie burger I have ever had! The ingredients of dates, rice, oatmeal, avocado, nuts and a "special sauce" were awesome. The bun was perfectly toasted and the burger was cooked to perfection. On top of that the strawberry sushi roll and edemame dumplings were great! I know the rest of their menu is excellent as well but this was a pretty good choice for a vegetarian experience. The wait staff was great and our server did an excellent job. Would certainly go back again and check out some of their other vegetarian/vegan offerings!

Ambiance is not what you expect for a chinese restaurant. It couples a burlesque theme with a high end dining aesthetic. Food is simply very very good. Our faves are The Wok's Sesame chicken and Mongolian Steak entrees. Pricing on the other hand is over the top for the cuisine. It's a step up from PF Changs. Service is impeccable. We have not dined in the boudoir purple lounge - it caters to an apres work meat market..I mean crowd. It is our annual Valentines Day destination!

Food rather bland. Mongolian beef, Chilian Sea bass, dessert, all get a 3/10 on flavor. Menu sounds exciting, but did not deliver. Servers give impression that want to be considered high class, but just come off as insecure and dull. Ambiance of decor beautiful. One time visit for experience, but price way too high for overall quality. Too bad. Needs improvement in several areas.
