“was once nickel nite--now 50 cent nite--but still a bargain”
Reviewed 3 October 2013

hadn't been to this restaurant since the kids were in middle school--now we are grandparents. We just dropped in and had a really good juicy cheeseburger and fries--can't do this every day but it turned out to be fun and a very cheap date for us baby boomers--could not finish it--

“A Flashback to the Fifties”
Reviewed 11 August 2013

The Gunther Toody's Diner in Greenwood Village was truly a flashback to the fifties. The entire crew always stays in character throughout your entire visit. The diner has a bunch of memorabilia all over the place, which keeps you occupied while waiting for your food. Once you get your food, it's some of the best you would ever taste, but the food is quite unhealthy. In conclusion, I would recommend this restaurant to any family.

“Typical greasy spoon with a twist”
Reviewed 25 February 2013

The staff dress in 50s style dress with a lot of novelty buttons on their uniforms. Although they have been known to sit down with you to take your order and be very friendly, I have noticed a decrease in that the last few times there.

The food is usually good and the milk shakes & malts are very good where they give you the metal blender container for refills of your glass.

“Old fashioned diner with good shakes and sandwiches”
Reviewed 24 January 2013

This is the second time I had visited the diner and returned because I knew where it was in the area, and what kind of food it had. They have good shakes and sandwiches and the staff was very quick with service.
