“Beautiful Garden in town”

You can't miss this driving through town in College avenue. It's a garden cared for by the students who go to CSU to see which varieties do well in the semi arid Colorado climate. Beautiful place to go in the Summer. Also, to obtain some ideas regarding what plants do well growing in Colorado ( if you're from here). It would also be a great place for taking pictures. Worth a visit.

“Beautiful garden”
Reviewed 27 August 2013

We stumbled on this garden 6 years ago on a visit to Ft. Collins and were able to take many great pictures of my then 3 y/o daughter among the flowers. This summer we made a point to go back on this visit to Ft. Collins to again photograph my now 9 y/o daughter along with her 3 y/o sister. Very pretty set-up and certainly worth some time when in Ft. Collins.

a bunch of flower pots arranged in circles and such does not constitute a garden. And why are they growing water demanding plants in the high desert??

“A photographers paradise when in bloom”
Reviewed 6 August 2013

A great place to bring your camera, a tripod and your macro lens. Wonderful large section of colors, shapes and sizes to keep you busy for an hour or two. Also a treat for your nose with different scents evident in some areas of the garden. Best time to go is early morning when there is ample parking and the light is best. Otherwise go in the afternoon during the monsoon season when the sky's are overcast when the light is soft end even to get the best color saturation.

Wild Boar Coffee is nearby so grab a cup and enjoy it strolling through the gardens with or without your camera..

“Must See in Fort Collins”
Reviewed 4 August 2013

It is a quiet spot- not sure if kids will find it entertaining- but there is a lot of grass and outdoor space to run in ..
Very pretty display of colorful plants-flowers that you can actually grow at home!
Street parking is pretty good unless you go on a busy day-
Nice gazebo to sit and enjoy a coffee- when college is in session it may be harder to park near the gardens not sure-
