“Beer? Yes please!”
Reviewed 27 June 2014 via mobile

Great time taking a tour of brewery. Definitely recommend as a stop in Fort Collins. Would recommend making reservation ahead of time, although they do a good job fitting in those who are walk ups. Tour guide was full of life and informative.

“Pilgrimage”
Reviewed 22 June 2014

What could go wrong? Good beer, good people, good times. If you want to take a tour, book waaaaaayyyy in advance (6-8 months). While we did not get to do the tour, we heard it was lots of fun. Instead, we sat at the bar and enjoyed talking to one of the engineers, who shared a few samples with us. Lots of delicious choices, from the traditional Fat Tire to the newer Lips of Faith series. Well worth a stop!

“make a reservation!”
Reviewed 20 June 2014

First thing you need to do if you're anywhere near here is go online and make a reservation for a tour, because they fill up fast! They can take a few standbys but try to make a reservation if possible.
The tour is the best brewery tour I have ever been on. Not just a lot of signs and videos and windows to peek through as you guide yourself. But one of the employee/owners proudly will walk your group from room to room with a beer sampling in almost every room (pee breaks are worked in also). The guide explains everything you see, answers questions and makes you fel very welcome! The tour is a full 90 minutes so allow for that and to try whatever you haven't already in their sampling room bar after your tour. And get a bell for your bike! Rinnng-ring!
The only problem might be that the parking lot for guests is not big enough and you will have to walk from a street parking spot. But well worth it!

“Fantastic Experience”
Reviewed 12 June 2014

This company continues to improve the Customer Experience! I really enjoyed having samples of beer during the tour and seeing their expansion. I also liked their idea of a totally employee owned business. Their business model is one to imitate.

There are 2 reasons I didn't give this a 5 rating, at the end of the tour you had to take a survey in order to get a beer in their tasting lounge. I don't have a smart phone & didn't bring my tablet so my group of 4 people left. The other reason is the scheduling of tours. I DO understand their popularity but we had to schedule 2 months in advance to get a late afternoon tour. It is almost impossible to take out of town guests on the tour but we can still go into their tasting lounge but I don't if the samples are still free!

There is a food truck outside which is also an improvement. Overall, the beer is great and I'd recommend this tour to anyone!

“Always fun and great craft beer!”
Reviewed 12 June 2014

Everything about NB (except the crowded tasting room!) is excellent- the beers, the brewery tour, and the way they are involved in and care about the local community. I really like the fact that they are almost 100% waste free and have built sustainability into their core mission. NB donates generously to several local non-profit orgs, and hosts what may be the largest bike parade in the country- the Tour de Fat. OK, 25,000 people on bikes block traffic for awhile, but it is an amazing sight!
