We've gone to happy hour at Jay's for a few years. Always great service, drinks and little plates. I especially love the potato chips and their lemon drop martinis are delicious.

After all these great experiences, we decided to go there for date night dinner. We expected it to be a quiet, fine dining experience. It wasn't...we were seated in a side room that was quite bright, and while our servers were good, the service was very rushed. We had a reservation, were seated promptly but felt pushed out in 45 minutes. There was no one waiting for a table, in fact there were empty tables around us and the bar was going to be open for a few hours. We had barely finished our appetizers when our entrees were out. They were asking if we would like to see the dessert menu before we'd finished our dinners. If I am out for a nice evening, I like to linger. The food was good but not as great as the small plates in the bar. If we go back, we'll just head to the bar. The $120 we spent for dinner for 2 could buy us a couple of happy hours.

Great ambiance! Chilean sea bass and creme brulee were both outstanding! Great place for special meals.

My experience at Jay's Bistro was great. I enjoyed the piano music (you will too!) and was made to feel comfortable and welcome. I ordered the seafood caesar salad and savored every bite. You will not be disappointed!

Jay's continues to inspire with globally-themed happy hour small plates, and interesting wines by the glass. We love Jay's for special occasions, of course, but also for a casual drink among friends. Always professional service and a great outdoor patio keep us coming back again and again.

For our 28th anniversary, I was looking for a classy, yet comfortable spot with a solid menu. I found it all at Jay's. Our booth was decorated to honor our anniversary when we arrived. The atmosphere is casually elegant with a touch of vibrance that defines a fine bistro. The service was excellent. The menu offers a very nice selection of starters and main dishes that should satisfy most diners. The buffalo carpaccio was an outstanding appetizer choice. We both had the Colorado lamb chops that were perfectly seasoned and prepared. A starch and fresh vegetable accompanied the entree. Soup and salad is extra. The wine list was quite impressive, both for the wide range of quality selections and the more than reasonable prices. The craft beer menu was also quite nice. The creme brûlée dessert was "on the house" and was delicious.

Overall, Jay's Bistro really delivered a wonderful anniversary dining experience. We will definitely consider returning for another meal the next time we are in town.
