Although the room was nice, we were not happy. Our plans had changed so we told the desk clerk 24 hours in advance that we would not be able to stay the 2nd night. They said they couldn't refund our money so I called the agency that booked us. They said they would OK the refund if the manager of the Kiva Inn OK'd it. They contacted him and he refused. Our 1 night stay cost over $200!! I just turned 65 and plan on doing a lot of traveling, but I won't be staying with Best Western again!!
