I've stayed here a couple of times and think they are top notch. The service is consistent and friendly. Yes, there have been issues with the parking as they build a parking garage but they are offering free valet parking in the mean time...what more do you want! The lobby and public spaces are always spic-and-span and the cookies and juice are always nice to have. There restaurant is actually pretty good as well as the restaurants on the other side othe building including Panera. The hotel has mountain view rooms which are stunning. There is a SuperTarget nearby. It is about a five minute drive in the morning to National Jewish Health (if you have appointments there). I think they have a shuttle bus that can take you there as well to NJH. I think it has the most reasonable rates overall for NJH when you consider safety/level of accommodation/amenities/price/distance.

Good Afternoon,

Thank you for your review of our hotel. I'm glad you enjoyed our location, we are pretty close to quite a lot. Although we don't have a shuttle to National Jewish, we do work with a few car companies in case there is that need.

Thanks again and we look forward to your next visit to the area.

It's conveniently located - close to airport, city center and shopping malls.
Had a flight in mid afternoon so wanted to spend some shopping in the morning without going downtown. There are shopping malls close to the hotel.
Hotel very clean, friendly staff and there is a lounge outside where you can enjoy a warm summer evening. Good restaurants and coffees around the corner.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your stay with us. Our location is an advantage as most local destinations are within 20 minutes. We do enjoy our restaurants in front of the hotel as well, Cafe Rio knows me by name. We are looking forward to finding out what restaurants will be with CitySet.

Thanks again for the review,we look forward to seeing you on your next visit.

Very nice lobby and room. Beds were comfortable, and there were nice amenities in the room such as electrical sockets on the nightstand and desk. Very quiet room with no noise from next door neighbors. Breakfast buffet was good but a bit expensive. The only negative is a temporary one -- they are doing extensive construction next to the hotel and it is time consuming and not very convenient to have to valet park (free, by the way). During busy times, it took some time to get the car, but this is a small criticism and it is temporary until the construction is finished. Great location right on Cherry Creek Avenue. Very easy to get to the Cherry Creek area for restaurants and shopping. Not far off of I-25 either. A good choice for Denver.

Thank you for writing about your stay at the hotel. I know that construction can be inconvenient at times but we are looking forward to all the new choices. Unfortunately, I don't know what they are going to be just yet!

We look forward to your next trip!

Very attractive hotel and very clean. The person who complained about the beds must not have noticed that there's a dial to adjust the hardness/softness. Very courteous staff. Although Colorado Blvd is a busy 4-lane road, we heard no traffic noise in our room. Others have complained about the tricky entrance - but if you simply follow the concise and helpful driving directions provided by the hotel it's very easy. [Entrance is on Cherry Creek, although the hotel fronts Colorado Blvd.] You need to use valet parking, but while construction is going on at least, it's free. Heck of a deal - and the valet parking staff is speedy and courteous. [Somebody's review complained about that, but I can't imagine what there is to complain about. If you're in a hurry to leave, call down before you leave your room and your car will be ready for you.] The location is convenient, too. For fit adults, it's walking distance [1.5 miles or so] to the Cherry Creek shops and restaurants - but it's a 5 minute drive and parking there is plentiful, so why bother? Burn calories walking around the shops instead! Besides, Colorado Blvd is a very busy and not particularly attractive commercial highway. Another benefit - it's a pleasant 20-25 minute-drive from the hotel to the museums and downtown Denver if you take Speer Blvd instead of the freeway.

My only complaint was the breakfast - it's one price [$12.95 as I recall] for the breakfast buffet, which might be OK if you want to pig out on the omelets and other freshly prepared items, but there's no option for a basic cereal/yogurt/toast breakfast. I tried the scrambled eggs on the buffet and recommend that you avoid them. I saw some people loading up multiple plates, so either the individually-prepared hot breakfast was very tasty or they were determined to get their money's worth. It would be nice if they would have a two-tier pricing approach.

Room Tip: Ask for a mountain view room. Ours [on 7th floor] overlooked the park [just beyond busy Colorado Ave, that is] with a great view of the mountains and the Denver skyline.

Thank you for taking the time to write about your experience while staying at our hotel. I'm glad you enjoyed the beds and the location. We're very excited about the upcoming completion of CitySet and the choices that it will have to offer for our guests. Thanks for the input on the breakfast, we will review what we can do.
We look forward to seeing you on your next visit to Denver! (By the way the Pompeii exhibit is coming to the muesum up the street in the middle of September if you're in the area.)

Stayed here for 2 nights. Good business hotel. Only concern was dinner at restaurant. Some of our food was under cooked. They did comp the entre but still was a concern. The breakfast was great...location was ideal too. We walked a mile plus to Cherry Creek area for dinner on 2nd night. Therefore we felt location was ideal. Hotel is recommended.

Thank you for taking the time to write about your experience at our hotel. I'm glad you enjoyed the location with all the things to do that are very close. I will review how we are sending out food because we should not have anything leaving the kitchen not fully prepared. I appreciate the information and we look forward to seeing you in the future.
