This is an upstairs spot that has a large rounded bar with a raw bar at one end. There are also tables in the restaurant but we sat at the bar. The owner Donny, "Fin", was shucking oysters at the raw bar - they were excellent and the restaurant goes through lots of them since they run a great Happy Hour special that can include oysters. We also tried the tuna tartare and had a hangar steak that was tender and wonderful as well. The service was outstanding, friendly, and they made the effort to include everyone in on the conversation that was happening at the bar. It seemed that the locals like the place a lot as well. There is a new chef, he was from a fancy restaurant in Aspen and he had a really interesting prix fixe menu that they were doing on the following night. Unfortunately we were heading out of town or we would have gone back. We really intended to stop in for Happy Hour, have a drink and check the place out and ended up staying for dinner. The food and service were excellent - try the truffle fries on the Happy Hour menu - a decadent treat!
