Creative and engaged team, with a good mix of music, comedy, vaudeville skits, and drinks. Nice venue in a classic movie house, redone for the right kind of seating. Consider dinner at Pullman the have drinks and dessert at the show.

“so so..the old place/show in aspen was great. stooges? slapstick?”
Reviewed 23 March 2014

same old kind of out dated stuff. was ok in the old masonic building, now it just seems (PRICES TOO HIGH FOR THE PORTION) it is all about money. This business took one of the only 2 remaining movie theaters in Glenwood Springs and the other movie theater closed too. It was fun in a building with some style (the masonic building) now not too impressed. Go to wonder if the owner (John Goss check about his paragliding accident) paid for his rescue off the side of the hill above Glenwood? Just because the prices are high does not mean the product is exceptional.

“such fun!”
Reviewed 23 March 2014

Not much fun night life in the Colorado mtn. communities, but GS has managed to put together a good time that does not require vast amounts of alcohol (or other substances). An out of date movie theatre was repurposed for the show and the retrofit was done quite nicely. The vaudeville show staff are also the wait staff, so you feel as if you "know" someone on stage and this makes for a more personal experience. This show is fast paced and silly. The hah-hahs are real and most of the adults laughed or at least giggled. Many of the children did not "get" all of the funny. For example, a plant-based humor monologue included puns where a plant name fern, oak, buttercup, etc., was used in place of an ordinary name (oak-lahoma). A duet was performed poking fun at the actual wording of the original movie can/can't do/see/hear in a movie. (No "tarts" when referrencing women.) A lost memory skit was absolutely delightful, the singer couldn't remember the lyrics or what she was singing about, but it must of been about cats because she was in a cat costume, had a cat mask and the pianist was playing a piece from "Cats" (she forgot more as the song progressed). The children did "get" the fart musician. Thankfully the staff made sure a noisy child was immediately removed from the audience and was taken by embarrassed parents outside. The food was so-so at best and priced for the area. I had to drive home afterward, so can't comment on the quality or lack concerning the beer, wine, mixed drinks. But it looked like no one was complaining, so the drinks must have been at least ok. The site is easy to get to and has plenty of parking. The owner is adding a live performance comedy night and is open to suggestions for other entertainment.

“The revue was hilarious.”

We had three double Amaretto de Saronno's and great Jack Daniel's bar-b-que brisket. It was a little on the expensive side, but I wasn't counting my pennies as this was my 17th wedding anniversary. It was great!
