The motels is a short walk to the hot sprigs and downtown for dinners/drinks (as well as some other restaurants and bars near the motel). So it's got a great location and a lot cheaper than so many (if not all) the other places around by quite a bit.
Checked in and the people that run it are Polish and very friendly and fun to talk to. Having have been to Poland a couple of times, it was fun talking to them. Check in was quick and they have a number of Eastern European things you can buy in the lobby.
Motel is mostly ground level, but a few at the back are on a second floor, but not many and these may or may not be apartments that I did see advertised. So some people maybe live here during the ski season or something.
We were informed that the heaters were broken in the entire motel and explained that every unit has space heaters and to just be wary of plugging in too many things at once when it's on or you could over load the circuits. We never had any issues with it, fridge/coffee maker were fine (didn't use the microwave) and the space heater was more than enough to heat the room the entire stay. The bathroom though was a little cold in the morning, just because it wasn't getting as much heat, but nothing unbearable at all.
Room is pretty basic, as well as the bathroom (though shampoo was provided in little packets). Only had 2 pillows for two people, so looked and didn't find any extras in the closet (as I sleep with 2 myself), but other than that, the bed was fine (though may not have slept as well due to the pillow issue).
Didn't hear any noises from the outside while in the room and so it was quiet despite us being close to the road.
We only stayed one night and it was great for our needs as we just did the hot springs and then walked to town for drinks and dinner and such.
I could stay there again as it's about 1/2 of what the Hotel Colorado costs and just a little bit further away, but not that far from the springs.
There is also an pay laundry on the premises as well, though not sure what else was in the room other than maybe vending machines...
