It's 2PM and we have just ridden bikes for two hours in 55 degree temperatures into a 20 MPH wind while it is misting rain. Is this Seattle? Now it is time for a sirloin steak sandwich and a sirloin burger. The ten ounce sirloin was prepared a perfect medium rare and served open face on a huge slab of homemade bread with a side salad. The burger was too big to pick up and too fat to get in your mouth a real mess to eat that I enjoyed every minute. (You know bathrooms have wash basins to cleanup). We heard the rooftop was nice and we'll try it another time, we were more than happy to be warm and dry. We topped it off with a very good cherry pie slice we shared. Then went to the hotel to soak in the tub.
