The best parts of the hotel are its location and the pool! I'm an aquatics professional with over 14 years experience and this is one of the best kept hotel pools I've seen. The features and slides are great! The room itself was just fine- could use a tv update. We were super tired from the day we asked the front desk to suggest a pizza place- Uncles Pizza was awesome!! Great experience!

Loved this place. Stayed 3 nights with my daughter and 3 grand kids, ages 7, 3 and 3. We even brought the dog...the hotel accommodates dogs. Breakfast was real good...waffles a big hit and kids go to the dining room in their pjs. The indoor pool was super...a small slide for younger kids and a big slide for others...also a hot tub and pool big enough so as not to be bumping into others.
We had free pizza and a movie on our 3rd night...everyone in their jammies and we watched Hotel Transylvania...kids fell asleep...wonderful evening!
Staff were friendly and very helpful especially Jessica, but all staff were great! Close to the hot springs and several good restaurants (rec. by staff). Easy free parking, tram to Adventure Park is right here, beds comfortable, refrig in room. Great place...we all really enjoyed our mini vacation.
Would definitely recommend this place!

Room Tip: With a dog, you must stay on ground level. This was no problem for us!

We stayed April 1st & 2nd and had a fabulous time! Staff was friendly, prompt with requests & very helpful. We have a 9 yr old son that LOVED the pool. My husband & I were also able to enjoy the pool. The suite we stayed in was reasonable in price & clean. I am a "clean freak" and was pleasantly surprised by the hotels attention to detail. This was by far one of our best experiences in a hotel. Thank you for your dedication in making this an enjoyable stay!

We recently stayed 2 nights over Easter weekend. The front desk staff was incredible, explaining local attractions and ensuring our needs were met. We were surprised with a free breakfast, cereal, bagels, waffles, toast etc which was very good. This is a pet friendly hotel, so there was some dog barking and pet smell in the elevator. The room was spacious with comfortable beds and linens. The room also had a small refrigerator. If you forgo room cleaning, you can get $5 off at the local brewpub. If you go to the hot springs, make sure you get towels from the front desk and also buy your discount tickets from them. Lastly, the adventure park is worth the price, which you can also get at a discount from the front desk. We would stay at his hotel again, was great for the family.

This hotel makes you sign a paper saying you will be in the pool area with your kids 16 and under. Shocking how many parents still don't choose to supervise their own children! It took a handful of rotten kids to wreck the pool for our family. We did inform the front desk but some of these obnoxious kids even had their worthless parents there and we finally pulled our kids out. The kids causing the problems should have been pulled out much sooner instead of the situation escalating. Any nice things about our stay was quickly forgotten since our enjoyment of the hotel pool was wrecked.

Hello Wendy,
Thank you for taking the time to submit a review.
We do our very best to retain order in the pool area. And yes, it is too bad that all parents are not as responsible as you are. Most parents are extremely involved in the safety of their children and the enjoyment of others and will do their best to ensure both.
I am very sorry that the experience in the pool was not enjoyable and thank you for bringing it to my attention when you were here.
All My Best,
Scott D. Olpin - General Manager

I stayed here with my 6 yr. old for a couple of nights and we had a blast.
The pool and slide is great for kids of all ages. The location was also convenient to take the tramway to the adventure park. Very happy with the level of service provided by the staff.
I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with young children.

We had an excellent time recently when we brought our kids down from Wyoming to stay. The staff was top notch and remembered all of our names. We even had dinner one evening and ran into a staff member who greeted all of us by name outside of the hotel. The breakfast was good and the indoor water slide and pool was a lot of fun. It was nice to be so close to town. The hot springs was a great way to spend the day. (Be sure to get your tickets at the desk for the hot springs and adventure park at the desk for a great discount.). We also enjoyed he adventure park. We will bring our family back soon!
