“Fantastic Staff, very helpful”
Reviewed 2 September 2010

I can't review this hotel because I had to cancel my reservation. I can however review the Antler staff and their helpfulness in righting my wrong. I reserved a room here while deciding between two different destinations. I did not notice that each Best Western hotel can have different cancellation policies; my bad. Best Western customer service worked with John at Antler's and he was able to cancel my reservation even though I had missed Antler's cutoff time by two hours. I didn't stay at Antler's this time; however the next time I visit Glenwood Springs I will be sure to give them my business. Thanks again.

The staff was friendly & helpful. The rooms were great. Perfect for business or leisure. Only one staff member was very cranky morning server didn't want to be bothered. All & all we had a great stay & will continue to go back.

I am a school teacher and was traveling with my class of 5th and 6th graders to Glenwood Springs. We rented cabins at Bair Ranch, but when a rainstorm hit, we almost crashed our vans coming down the mountain from our cabins and couldn't get back up to them. We were stuck in Glenwood Springs with 20 elementary school kids, no stuff, and nowhere to stay. Thankfully, Best Western went out of there way to re-arrange rooms and fit us all in, for a great rate. I don't know what we would have done without their helpful and empathetic staff. The hotel itself was also clean and nice, with a great pool.

Stayed at this hotel over christmas break in 2008. Good price, clean rooms with sofa bed. Convenient to shopping in the area (and a short drive from walmart for groceries). Walking distance to the hot springs too!

I would drive up to Aspen for daily snowboarding with no problem. Family also did the local gondola ride that is close to the hotel. good value!!!

The jacuzzi and the pool in the evenings after a long day of boarding was great too!

Husband and I loved this motel.
Very friendly staff, nice breakfast, Beds and pillows were very comfortable.
With the large pool and hot tub at the motel there is no need to spend your money at the (expensive) hot springs pool in town.
they have a large play area for children, and tennis courts if you wish to play.
We had checked at several other motels in town, and found this offered more for less $ than some of the others listed higher in TA. In our opinion this hotel should be rated higher than most of the other motels in Glenwood Springs.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The staff we very welcoming and friendly. We were advised to keep a look out for bears as one had been spotted in the grounds.I looked and looked in the hope of seeing one but was not lucky .Our room was very comfortable but being on the end behind a tree it was a bit dark .Other than that it was fine . It was convienently situated and within walking distant of the shops .The pool was very clean,.Glenwood springs is a very nice town.

The hotel is located just 4 short blocks to downtown making it very convenient to get around without driving. It's right across the stree from the Hampton Inn, but priced a whole lot less. It's a large hotel complex spread throughout several buildings on well maintained grounds. The hotel and rooms have a little bit of a rustic feel, but not overly done. Our queen room was spacious and quiet. A continental breakfast had cereals, breads, pastries, hard boiled eggs, juice, coffee, and fruit. A Village Inn is just a three minute walk for those who want more for breakfast.
