We stayed for 4 nights while visiting in the area and must say that it provided all we needed. The breakfast was adequate, the beds were good, rooms were clean, and the pool was a great relief after some very hot days.
We wold definitely stay here again.

Stayed here one night while vacationing in Colorado. Room was semi-handicapped equipped (tub/shower combination with no chair made it difficult to use). Sink/counter was not firmly attached to wall and felt like it could give-way at any time.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable but the hotel is located within 200 feet of I-70 and we heard traffic noise the entire time there. Once asleep it wasn't an issue but light sleepers would have difficulty getting a good night's rest. Desk chair appeared to be broken and was not comfortable to sit in.

We were also surprised to find there were no disposable cups in the room (even though there was a coffee maker). We had brought bottled water so the cup issue wasn't a big one. Breakfast buffet was O.K., but not a large selection and quality was so-so.

Not worth the price, wouldn't stay there again and definitely wouldn't recommend.

Spent two nights here in August with my elderly mother. Two elevators for entire complex and the rooms are a long walk away. One chair per room, old bathroom fixtures, sometime hot water, slow drains. I've stayed at several La Quintas in the past and this was absolutely the worst. The coffee cups were thin paper, there was one ice machine remotely close to the room, there was no extra toilet paper, the AC was loud, .... ad nauseum. Find another place.

We rented a room for 5 people however we only had bath towels, hand towels and wash rags, coffee, etc, for 3 people. We were not given any bedding for the sofa bed either. Knowing we were a family of 5 should have been indication enough that we would be using the sofa bed for the kids. We asked for a roll-away bed for our daughter and had the boys sleep together on the sofa bed. The first night there wasn't a roll-away bed available so our daughter slept on the floor. We worked that out with family members by borrowing comforters to create a bed that she could sleep on until the next day. The first night after checking into the room, I accepted it and just went downstairs in the evening and requested sheets, pillow cases, pillows and more towels and soap, coffee, creamer packs and the like, and chalked it up as a minor miss on the part of the preparation of our room and reservations for 5 people. When we left in the morning, I left a note for the maid to please leave enough supplies for 5 people. I left one in the kitchen and one in the bathroom. Maid service never went to our room so I had to go downstairs that evening and request clean towels and refills on coffee, creamer, and cups. We took our trash from our rooms and emptied the cans in the lobby. The third day that we were there maid service did come, but only did half of the cleanup. One trash can was empty, the other was left literally overflowing. We brought food to eat in the room so with 5 of us, it didn't take long to fill the trash cans we were provided. Dirty wash clothes and towels were left in the bathroom and no clean ones were left for us. Again, I made a trip downstairs to request the needed items. By then I was fed up so I told everyone to just start throwing the dirty items on the floor in the corner of the bathroom. We put the trash cans in the middle of the room so they would not be missed. I stopped leaving notes for the maid because they were never paid attention to anyway. That was the only day the room was cleaned when we came back in the evening. It wasn't cleaned well, but it was obvious that the maid had been there whereas the other days it wasn't always easy to determine. There was also mold on our shower walls which just grosses me out besides the fact that it is not healthy for anyone! I think you get the point. Yes, I did file complaints when I went downstairs every evening to pick up the supplies that we needed. I was told there were notes being left for the supervisor but that she was on vacation for the week so she wouldn't get them until we were gone. Great timing! We have stayed at other La Quinta hotels and never had this problem. I was very disappointed that the entire stay was riddled with a puzzle for maid service. It is undecided at this time as to whether we will stay in another La Quinta in Colorado or not. Everyone else in the hotel was understanding, personable and easy to deal with. Had it not been for the maid service, I would have rated this hotel much higher.

Pros: Night staff was very friendly & tried to be helpful. Cons: day staff @ desk was rude & not helpful. Sink & tub don't drain for an hour, TV was totally messed up, no cups, no soap, no hand towels...the list goes on. A $25 discount didn't begin to compensate us for dealing with the gross showers & sink use. This is an old property with issues. Been a Returns member for years & should've known better than to stay here. Lesson learned.

Spent two nights here in August. Wished I had spent a few more bucks to stay somewhere else. Woman at front desk was very rude and not helpful. Rooms have been updated recently, but the room I stayed in was disgusting. A previous guest had destroyed the toilet, and the bottom of the outside of the bowl had a very large streak of dried fecal matter. Shower was dirty. The motel sits on a highway and it is very noisey. I rarely write reviews but felt it was my duty to save other people from staying at this hotel. Go elsewhere!
