This little bistro is nestled into the hospice in Grand Junction. It's proceeds feed the hospice efforts and its yummy food fuels everyone! A bit odd ordering at the counter and then getting such amazing dishes, but that's how it works here in order to keep costs down. Give it a try. I think you'll love it.

An amazing and busy little restaurant tucked away in a medical center. great outdoor eating area with views of beautiful flower gardens. Serves some of the best creme brûlée ever tasted!

This little restaurant at the Hospice Care Center is one of Grand Junction's hidden gems. I have been there several times for lunch and Sunday brunch and the setting as well as the food have been excellent; however, I did not see it as a great night time option. Until now, that is. Spoons happens to have one of the best chefs in town and he has turned this little (very good) lunch place into an uptown jewel. Add some table linens, a very good wait staff and great atmosphere plus the great menu and there you have it. It won't be long before spoons is noticed, so get there before you can't get in!

We came here on a spur of the moment decision for dinner. This place is probably not well known to most due to its proximity to Primary Care Partners next door, a huge medical facility and it is part of the Hospice facility. I have heard this place packs 'em in for lunch so I am glad that I tried them for dinner. Definitely an older crowd on this night I went but still a nice atmosphere. There is outdoor seating and on the night I was there a singer was performing. I had the rosemary chicken which was EXCELLENT. Portions are smaller but then again so are the prices. Hubby had the halibut. Sides were mac and cheese (gourmet that is) and grilled asparagus. They serve half bottles of wine from Two Rivers Winery. I feel that Two Rivers is best for Chardonnay. Prices are very reasonable considering the caliber of food served. Very good and will be returning!

If you don't mind ordering at a counter, this is a great dining spot. Located on a historic farm that is now a Hospice facility, the kitchen staff prepares wonderful, fresh breakfasts. Prices are very reasonable and portions generous. This is 'the place' the locals go for a nice meal...outdoor patio seating on lovely grounds enhance the dining experience. Skip the dives on Horizon Drive...drive a few miles and you will start your day off better.
