This new version of Bin 707 definitely fills a need in GJ restaurants--a competition for 626 on Rood. Really interesting menu that changes, great appetizers and charcuterie and wonderful cocktails (their cucumber muddled mojito was delicious!). Great prices, too, and a wonderful, urban atmosphere, and attentive staff. My only complaint is that the dishes are a little uneven in execution (we've been there twice now). Seems like kinks that need to get worked out, perhaps faster expediting on hot dishes? Hope it makes it, though! We need more places like this. Definitely recommend.

Bin 707 is located in downtown Grand Junction, Colorado. They offer a wide variety of delicious and affordable appetizers including a selection of local cheeses. The wine list is small, but offers a nice range of wines. Wide variety of beers and excellent dinner menu. The space is comfortable, open and the staff is friendly.

Five star cuisine, with a "casual" atmosphere". Just what Grand Junction needed!

this establishment somewhat recently re-located from 707 horizon -- hence the name, of course, to the present locale on n. 5th street.

we had heard it was "upscale" -- expensive, but 'worth it'. so... we went (half as close to our house, now!). we won't be back. i had the burger (hey! our first time, let's start 'small' and inexpensive). maybe worth half the $10 i paid. my wife uncharacteristically tried a vegetarian (usually that's me) entree -- i can't even remember what, but it was supposed to be a middle eastern dish with squash and couscous (or rice). she had a "mush" -- porridge-like. no consistency (except mushy). if what we experienced was the type of food they had before, no wonder they moved. they may have to move further south, closer to the transient camps and such.
