I heard a rumor that they might be closing their doors, but for a hole in the wall, it's great. Family place that is tiny with excellent food.

I'm sorry to see it go. Great small town diner with waitresses who had been there for years. I will miss the food.

Good bye

A very funky little place, off the beaten path (turn right at the Western Wear Store!) but worth the search. We had breakfast burritos, huevos rancheros, chicken fried steak -- all huge servings and delicious. The house chorizo sausage comes in little slices instead of crumbled -- and it's killer! Our waitress was incredibly down-to-earth, friendly and hilarious. The green chili pork stew (poured over our rancheros and burritos) was perfect -- great flavor and just the right amount of spicy burn. Fresh ingredients, and great service. Definitely check it out when you need breakfast or lunch in Grand Junction +++ p.s. we were hoping to try the pork chops & eggs, but be warned that they only serve that (and other brunch specials) on Sundays.

We had the best breakfast burritos ever, they were so big we couldn't eat them all. Service was very friendly, atmosphere, menu and cost would please your family and budget.
