Dos has long history but the food just doesn't seem to be as good as it used to be. Tonight's fajita salad was simply stir fried peppers and onions with too salty shrimp on a bed of lettuce. No hint of fajita seasoning on any of it. As she was placing it on the table the waitress noticed that it was missing tomatoes, and after being reminded once, she brought me a dish of diced tomatoes. I remember Dos of old and it wasn't like this. That's probably why there's always room in their parking lot these days.

I went here the first time on their second day of business. That was over 23 years ago. Many people have come and gone but the food remains tasty, the staff remains friendly and helpful.

Ate dinner. Typical mexican food. Not bad but nothing that I would rate it higher than other resteraunts. The Guacamole was very good and the service was very good.

This (there are more than one -- isn't there one in Clifton?) restaurant dates back possibly more than 25 years. There might be one older (still in same location, doing the "same thing.") Mex restaurant in the Grand Valley.
when we used to go there, we were always impressed how quick they were.

Don't go, it's expensive, and way way too greasy .... so sad and disappointing ... used to be outstanding ... and I'm talking about the one on the Redlands ... I hear the one in Clifton is much better.
