The son of a long time friend was in the play. It was a very professional production and the theater was incredible.

The town of Grand Lake, CO has a modern, well appointed theatre that is showing real quality summer theate. Some actors are studying the art, and others are locals or experience actors who love to spend their summer in a wonderful spot for summer theatre. Set right in town, there is no problem to find it, but early reservations for tickets are a must.

Enjoyed a family show of Peter Pan - appropriate for all ages. Great talent! Food and shopping walking distance from theatre and easy to park.

Our family attended our first show at the RMRT for a performance of 'Peter Pan.' We were expecting your typical run-of-the-mill community theater, but it was anything but that.

We purchased our tickets online a month in advance (this show along with all shows sell out during the summer...maybe always) and stopped by the will-call window a few hours before curtain. Parking wasn't an issue at all and we walked right into the lobby. The theater is new and it's clear that the local community values this theater and its offerings based on the ambiance of the house. Clean, sleek and not at all amateurish (not that there is anything wrong with that...).

We took are seats and waited for the show began. Wow. The show was incredible and the performances were top-notch. It's on par with anything you'd see at the Buell Theatre in Denver. The production value, from astounding actors to the set design and costumes, was top notch and was easily the best part of coming to Grand Lake.

The theatre also runs multiple shows at the same time so if you're staying in the area for a few nights, you'll be able to take in multiple shows which is highly recommended. I wish we could have.

Small town repertory theatre with some excellent talent at a good price. We saw three different musicals during the week were there (Peter Pan - very good, How to succeed in business - good, and A Chorus Line - excellent) We were thoroughly entertained on each night.
