Had lunch with my coworkers here on a Wednesday afternoon to celebrate some inter-office accomplishments. Upon entering I found the restaurant to be of average décor and cleanliness for this type of establishment.
For appetizers to share my boss ordered some type of spring roll (sorry, I'm not a sushi connoisseur) and green mussels. The spring roll was just a spring roll in my opinion. It tasted like every other spring roll I've ever had but it wasn't bad. The green mussels were delicious. It had some type of spicy mayo sauce spread over the top of it which was tasty. I could have eaten a couple of pounds of those, but I opted not to!
For my main lunch course I ordered the chicken with string beans. When they brought it out it was an impressive display. Tons of food, granted mostly string beans but plenty none the less. It was accompanied by soup (I had the egg drop - ok) and an eggroll (also just ok). The main course was very tasty! I ate equal amounts of chicken and string beans and finally quit when all of the chicken was gone, however there was still quite a pile of beans still left on the plate. Regardless I was full and had to admit defeat which is a big deal for me since I almost always clean my plate. I think my entrée went for $8.95 before tax & tip and was worth every penny...that I didn't have to spend since my boss paid for lunch.
I plan to visit again. If you're in the Highlands Ranch area and want decent Chinese food give this place a try!
