What a find this was!
The food had an unusual Asian flair as did the decor. I had the Shrimp and Scallops with the mango sauce and by husband had the Ahi tuna, and both were quite unlike anything we had ever tasted. DELICIOUS! The hot-from-the-oven bread was a special treat, as was the Bang Bang Shrimp appetizer (which others have noted). My husband ordered the lump crab chowder, and he said it was the BEST chowder he ever had! The only thing that was not "superb" were the garlic mashed potatoes, which were bland, but in light of everything else -- a very minor quibble indeed. (Also, btw, The Chateau Ste. Michelle Riesling is very nice with Asian food -- and not terribly expensive, either!)
Adding to everything else was our waitress, Jane. She was, quite simply, one of the top five waiters we have ever had, anywhere. Very personable and attentive, and the recommendations she made were spot on. She was just wonderful!
Just two other things of note: First, it is a little pricey, but well worth it (especially compared to the downtown Denver restaurants!) Second, I would definitely recommend making reservations. We made ours for 5:30, and even at that early hour, about 90% of the tables were already full!
