We so enjoyed our stay. We were there for 4 nights. The only MINOR mention was that there is a wedding venue next door & there was some weekend noise. The motel is super quiet despite the outdoor venue. The hot breakfast is an important value added. Very nice. The Wi-Fi wasn't working & when I called the desk they reset it immediately.
We loved that it was the last motel before heading up to Estes Park & away from town.

The rooms and layout are consistent with a newer LQ. It is pet friendly. I was fine with my stay here but the location creates some issues. First, the event center next door means the majority of those staying here are attending a wedding or some other event. This means crowds gathering at night, lots of noise and the parking lot is pretty full. One the plus side, there is a restaurant and bar and entertainment going on next door.

The hotel is quite a ways off the freeway. This location is best for someone planning outdoor exploration as it is nearest to open spaces in Fort Collins and Loveland. Those wanting shopping will need to drive a ways back towards the freeway.

They have a concierge which was interesting but I'd agree that they'd be better served to have the extra staff person at the front desk. The wait was long at check in and there were times no one was there. Staff did a good job.

While I was several rooms away from the main entrance, I heard an obnoxious noise every time the main doors opened.

Room Tip: away from the front door

Eight of us drove from Ohio to attend my daughter's wedding in the mountains up the road from this location. The hotel was clean and quiet. The breakfast every morning was fresh and hot with an attendant to keep tables clean and coffee pots full. The pool area was rarely crowded, always well stocked with towels and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was amazing!! We have never been in a hotel with staff so friendly or accommodating. The hotel was clean, the rooms nice, the beds comfortable, and the breakfast delicious. We will be back!

Front desk not helpful, at all. The carpet had large stains and was significantly worn. They even make you sign a waiver if you have a pet, but you have to go back to front desk to make sure you don't get charged for the damages. Like the front desk clerk really cared. They charge a premium price for a 1 1/2 to 2 star hotel - based on room conditions. Lobby, pool and ground are nice.

We stayed here in July for a 4 day Colorado visit to RMNP. We mad a late decision so we were unable to stay in Estes as all the places were full. The location was about 30 minutes from Estes and 40 minutes to RMNP. We loved being on the outskirts of town and closer to the park, however, it is a ways from the heart of Loveland and fast food etc. Check in was unique. There was only one person working the desk and she had to handle phone calls, check-ins, requests from guests etc. She did a fine job but it may have been helpful to have two people since the hotel was full and busy. When we checked in we were send to a room THAT HAD A PERSON LYING IN THE BED! We went back to the desk and after some confusion they had him leave and moved us in. No one came to check and see if the room was adequate after he left and his trash etc was there. (again there was only one staff member so she may have been overwhelmed). The room was clean, large and had everything you would expect. Breakfast was adequate with eggs, biscuits and gravy, bagels, bacon or sausage, toast, cereal, waffles, yogurt and various drinks. They kept it well stocked and the gal who ran it was very friendly and helpful. The TV went out often and we had to call the front desk at least twice a day to have it reset. Some staff members knew how to reset the satellite and some did not. When we called the desk for the reset sometimes a staff member answered and sometimes no one answered after 10-12 rings. The line was often busy. The wifi seemed rather slow and often kicked us off. That being the case I think we would stay again as the room and location were perfect for us. Just a few tweaks and the hotel would be so much better. There is a restaurant on site and the view of the mountains is spectacular!

We stayed here for one night before going to Estes Park for a few days. The room was good sized and the beds and pillows were COMFORTABLE. The bathroom was clean but I think it's weird the coffee pot is on the bathroom counter. Anyway, the carpet had quite a few stains but overall the room was fine. The breakfast area offers ample seating and hot eggs, bacon, and make your own waffles, w/ bagels, juice, etc. Room rates seemed high so it's nice that breakfast is included. Plenty of parking and in a nice area at the edge of town. There's a great antique shop across the street. I would give this experience 3 1/2 stars if I could.
