Description: This 1930's-style restaurant balances a sophisticated and intimate dining experience with a casual and friendly atmosphere. Specializing in seafood and steak, the Chop House serves a traditional upscale menu and features weekly specials. The restaurant boasts an extensive wine and martini list, including our popular Moscow Mule, as well as local vodkas, whiskeys and liqueurs. The Loveland Reporter-Herald voted our martini list to be the best in town and we invite you to give it a test. The Chop House is a gem found nestled among the brick buildings lining Historic Downtown Loveland. Reservations are always encouraged, especially for large parties. The Chop House's Roosevelt Room is perfect for hosting private events, such as seminars and business meetings or holiday parties and rehearsal dinners. Unique menu selections are provided specifically for Roosevelt Room guests to ensure their night is exceptional. The Chop House is the perfect place to celebrate with family and loved ones.

Whenever we have visitors from out of town and want a high quality meal, we end up at the 4th Street Chop House. All of their menu items are outstanding quality and flavor. Their menu focuses on high quality steaks and seafood. It is a smaller intimate and upscale venue in the Loveland downtown. The only negative is it can be noisy due to the acoustics of the wood floor and brick walls. The service is always outstanding and the meals are consistently served hot and delicious. My elderly in-laws find it adequate to split a meal between them. I think this is one of the best restaurants in Loveland.

We enjoyed our meal, but the atmosphere was closer to that of a noisy family restaurant like the Olive Garden or TGIFs. At those prices, almost everything ala carte (side salads costing 7.00) I think it was fair to expect a quieter and more elegant environment. The hostess too, stomped up and down the aisles like a Roller Derby queen. The high decibel level made even worse by several screaming babies. Sorry to say, food way overpriced for what you get.

I had the Blue Cheese Filet and my husband had the Lobster Ravioli. Both were excellent. The House Cabernet was very good too.

We liked everything so much--decor, music, wait staff and the not-to-be missed Chocolate Tower dessert {!!!!} the first time we went, that the Chop House is our go-to place for a really good meal in a great atmosphere. We went here with family from across the country--and all agreed this was a most satisfying evening. Good bar, nice wine list--it was my sister's birthday--and there was a personal birthday card at her place--signed by staff! Food --from steak to dessert--pleased everyone--and there are some picky people in that group!
I can't seem to order anything by the Cedar Plank Salmon--perfect every time. Pork tenderloin is a favorite of others--and the smashed potatoes are very {very!} good.
Food is well prepared; nicely presented--and actually more reasonably priced than some other venues in Loveland without the ambience or service Chop House has.
This is a very comfortable place--and caters to all pocketbooks. Check out the Early Bird opportunities and the Sunday wine dinner.

Very nice, upscale steakhouse in downtown Loveland. Excellent service and very good food. I can't rate the steak since I had salmon. Expensive and very busy on weekends.
