The cabin rooms were only $58 a night. Small but very clean. Beds were a bit soft but with the price I won't complain. Nice outdoor heated pool. The owners were very friendly. Motel close to everything: Pikes Peak railroad, Manitou Springs, Old Colorado town, Seven Falls...Can't go wrong staying here.

We loved this Motel! The owners were extremely nice and accommodating to our needs. My family really enjoyed the clean pool and room. We will return again.

Wonderful place to stay! If you're looking for a place to stay in a great, quiet location the Dillon Motel could do the trick. It's a family owned motel with superior hospitality and it was squeaky clean inside. Thumbs up for the Dillon Motel! Plain, honest and cheap. Thanks for a great night stay!!

You have an excellent motel here! You should be very proud! Whenever we have stayed here we have always felt safe. We really appreciated the good rate you gave us, the extra clean linens, the tourist tips, the tea, the use of your phone to call Canada and the beautiful fruit basket. It was very difficult for us to leave here. We are so thankful we have such a great place to stay when in town. Thanks for everything and I would recommend you guys to any and everyone in a heart beat!

A throw back to the past, this little motel got good reviews so we stayed there. The rooms are very basic - bed, TV, refrigerator, microwave - but comfortable and the owners quite friendly. We found the rooms to be very clean, the owners helpful and the nightlife exciting: a bear foraged in the dumpsters of the hotel next door each evening and we saw a fox in the tree line on our last night there. The pool area is run down but the water clean and we had free internet access within our room. No breakfast but there was free coffee available each morning. A pleasant stay to be sure, we'd definitely come back.

Room Tip: Stay in one of the newer rooms - a big improvement over the 1940's stand-alones.
