This will be our go-to hotel when traveling to Manitou Springs from now on! Great staff, room was clean and comfortable size for family of four. We enjoyed the pool and breakfast was good and fresh. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for one night. It was a nice hotel. Large, clean room. Comfortable bed, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, hair dryer, flat screen TV, chair, desk, free Wifi, indoor pool & hot tub, newspaper in lobby, coffee in lobby, hot breakfast. It was your typical Comfort Inn. Clean and up to date. It's 2.5* rating was appropriate. Hot breakfast was ok...eggs, sausage, waffle maker, cereal, fruit, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, coffee, juice, toast, pastries. Only negative is that it is away from the central business district of Manitou Springs. Easy access off of Hwy 24 though.

We're happy to hear you had a pleasant stay with us. While we are about two miles out of the downtown Manitou Springs area, we try and make up for it by being very close to many other attractions including the Garden of the Gods, which is about three blocks away. Thank you for the feedback and we hope to see you again in the future.

The free breakfast was yummy and there was a good variety. Close to all the activities we wanted. Quiet and comfortable Zusana Malec, the general manager was wonderful. The pool was just the right temperature and very clean.

Room Tip: Our room looked was next to the road. We did not hear any road noise. I would say any of the rooms w...

We stay here every year for the PPIHC and have yet to experience a hotel with better customer service. Rooms are standard and clean, no frills but they have everything you need. Quiet. Would highly recommend.

This was a comfortable stay. Positives: The hotel was clean, reasonably priced, and quiet. The staff was friendly and the location was great for our activities (Pike's Peak Cog and Garden of the Gods). Negatives: The breakfast room was small and hot. Overall, I would stay there again.

This is our third stay here in less than a year. I rate my stay in a motel/hotel by three things. First and foremost it must be clean, second, depending on the time of year I like a quiet stay so that Iget a good night sleep, third is price also compared to the time of the year. We stay at a lot of Comfort Inns/hoice Hotels and I have to stay the quality of the chain is starting to slip... But we have found that the Comfort Inn in Manitou is THE best one that we hav stayed at in a very long time. This place is clean. They even keep the hallways spotless, they really know how to use a vacuum cleaner. The bathrooms are also very clean, I couldn't find a speck of mold or crud anywhere.
I seen on one of the reviews that the smell of chlorine was ovepowering, thats the sign of a clean swimming pool in my mind. I would rather smell a litle chlorine tht to catch a heebie jeebie while taking a dip.
The owner/manager lives in the hotel and she showed me her hands, you can tell she spends time scrubing away and shows pride in her business. very nice lady with a Swedeish Accent.
I do wish they had a treadmill
Our son lives about a mile from this hotel and we will be back in 2014

Room Tip: Pick a second floor room with a balcony looking towards Pikes Peak. The road noise can be a bit bad...

I travel about 100 days out of the year and every time, I'm down in the Colorado Springs area I recommend that you drive a little further West ( 10-15 min) and stay at Comfort Inn in Manitou Springs, Colo. It is always home, welcoming, friendly, clean and comfortable. I can ALWAY count on a good night sleep and the staff no matter what time arrive, is always friend and welcoming. To the Staff and Owners, Thank you all for the Hospitality. See you in a couple of week. Merry Christmas.

Room Tip: I always ask to stay on the upper floor and ask for a mountain view.
