We spent a week in Manitou Springs with a group of Marine buddies and their wives. We stayed at this Days Inn and it was lovely. Good location, clean efficient. Very pleasant and accomadating staff. They went out of their way to be helpful.
There's a resturant next door but the breakfast that's included was great. The location was good to go into town or to Pike's Peak and the Garden of the Gods. For a brisk morning walk there is a park and a trail next to the hotel. for supplies there is a mini mart and gas station within walking distance.
We had a great time.

Overall I would not stay at this hotel again. The mattress was HORRIBLE, really more like a box spring not a mattress. Nobody slept during the night.
