Just got back from a weekend stay here, the rooms are wonderful, clean and updated. The owners were so friendly and came over to talk to us to see how things were. We loved this little getaway right in the heart of everything. Would definitely recommend this to anyone having doubt...as I am a picky person and read all reviews. Well worth the price!

This review is extremely overdue-We stayed at Town N Country in August, 2013. What a great place to stay. The hosts were incredibly wonderful, making us feel very comfortable. We had a great cabin, which was roomy and comfortable. We did not have a kitchen, but we did not need one. We had brought items from home, there was a refrigerator and coffee maker in the room, so we were able to save money by eating breakfast in our cottage. There was a great pool and laundry facilities. We were given great advice on when to visit Pike's Peak and were glad we chose to drive it ourselves rather than take the incline railway-we were able to get there early and see wildlife and unbelievable views we would not have experenced otherwise. It's a relaly great place tucked away off the road, but close enough to downtown. It was a great way to start our trip.

Room Tip: I can't imagine that all of the rooms aren't good!!

In late October we spent our last night in Colorado at Town-N-Country Cottages. Upon our arrival we were greeted by six deer who were lounging on the lawn in front of our cabin. It was obvious they liked the Town-N- Country as much as we did! Our cottage was huge, private and comfortable, with a bubbling brook just outside our window. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind before driving to the airport in Denver for the trip home.

We loved it here. When we return to Manitou Springs, we'll always stay at the Town-N-Country.

After a couple of nights in grubby uninspiring accommodation the Town n Country Cottages were a breath of fresh air ! Our three essentials of clean, comfortable and functional were fully met and exceeded. We had cabin 7 which has two large beds a settee and a rocker recliner in open plan with the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has full sized equipment, fridge/freezer, sink, microwave, coffeemaker, hob and oven with extractor fan. There is a full sized kitchen table and chairs and outside there is an area with table, chairs and BBQ.

The bathroom has a full bath with shower over and good lighting which so pleased my husband as he struggles in dimly lit bathrooms when trying to trim his beard ! There’s a TV, wi-fi, and heating/cooling air-con. Plenty of clothes storage (oh, and there’s a laundry on site).

The bedding and towels (plenty of them) were all good quality and clean as was all the equipment. .

Everything was such good quality and so clean, Clean, CLEAN we could have stayed for weeks instead of three nights. We were also amazed at the price we paid too; much better value than some accommodation we found on our trip.

Scott and Cheryl are charming and very helpful with ideas for what to do and directions around the area.

Can’t praise Town n Country Cottages and their owners enough. Great stay and we hope to return.

We stayed 4 nights in a 2-bedroom unit with full kitchen the first weekend of October. This place is perfect. Our unit had recently been completely redone, meaning gutted and rebuilt inside and was nicer than most hotel rooms and only $120/night. The owners are very nice and helpful and the location is right off Manitou Ave and 24 so you can get anywhere you want quickly. Add in the pool, hot tub, and deer wandering around and it's an excellent value.

My 4th stay at Town-n-Country and each year I find new enhancements to the property. The cottage I stay in is very comfortable. It is easy to stay put & read a book or take short drive to Old Manitou to enjoy the locally owned shops. Delightful owners keep the cottages nice & clean. Highly recommended!

A really nice place with good location close to downtown Manitou Springs. We had a duplex with kitchen - loved the cottage, and the kitchen with all equipment and dining area was perfect - big fridge-freezer. We had a lovely terrace outside - with carport. One of the days 2 deers were close to the cottage (and on the terrace). There were also a dining area next to the cottage with barbecue grill. The pool was not so big but clean, nice hot tub. A charming and cozy place that we would like to recommend.
