As others have said, this is a rustic, fairly comfortable place with great views, access to all sorts of trails, climbs, Nederland joints, and the like. If you're after a fitness room, a bodacious free breakfast, a swimming pool for the kiddies, keep on traveling. Bathrooms are small, but quite serviceable. Windows don't always open, and there's no a/c -- not need, really. Owner says that window upgrades are in the works. The almost-attached cafe offers good food at affordable (given the area) prices. A suggestion: the lower number rooms are further from the cafe and early evening reveling. Noise from the nearby highway is a bit of a pain, but drops off after sunset.
