This is a nice place to get up close to the bottom of a waterfall. Trail to the bottom is easy, even though it involves some stairs (I think around 22 steps). Trail to the top involves LOTS of stairs, so I didn't take it. But another family member did and said it was a nice view from up there as well. The road to enter the park is just immediately outside of Ouray and is one-way and the road leaving is also one-way and takes you back into Ouray. The cashier taking our money for admission to the Falls was quite annoyed when my husband and I paid for our admissions and another relative (who was paying their own way) paid for their admission. The issue seemed to be that he had to run two credit card transactions. It was a little odd that he felt like he should be able to dictate to us who paid for which of our admissions, plus if you accept credit cards, then you shouldn't act annoyed when people use them. But he did let us pay how we wanted, just wasn't too happy about it.
