Went on a half-day float on a raft and blow-up kayaks. Beautiful! Next time we will come earlier in the summer for higher water.

“Great Time! Great People!”
Reviewed 28 July 2011

We went white water rafting in the Pagosa Springs area of Colorado. We booked our raft trip with Wilderness Journeys. We all had a fun time. (Husband, Wife, two boys-ages 12 and 10.)
The guides were very professional, well-mannered, intelligent, and fun. Their first concern was safety, which as a parent is very important. They made sure everyone on our trip, which included one raft of all adults, another one with grandparents, and young kids and us, all had the adventure to meet our needs. They even had kayaks. When we stopped for lunch, it was at place where everyone could dive off cliffs into the San Juan River. It was so much fun, especially since there were 3 different heights of cliffs to jump from.
