As part of our ABQ and Pagosa Springs Spring Break Ski Trip, we left this for our last day after 2 days of Wolf Creek skiing, Tram riding and hiking in ABQ. What an absolute blast. We arrived around noon and didn't leave until 5:30. Almost our entire group of 8 experienced the 41 degree river and 16 hot springs including the Lobster Pot and the 113 degree one. Some of our scouts tried to set records for soaking in the river (over 1 Minute). The dads did 30 with pain. This place is well worth the price of admission and I plan to come back and stay at the resort. Wonderful experience!!

I thought the place was great and reasonable. We will be coming again. Your staff was very friendly and helpful. When we asked them questions they had many helpful suggestions for us and made sure we knew how to find the places we were looking for.

The hotel and hot springs pools were so amazing, the pools were our favorite part of this trip, I highly recommend it. This hot springs facility is the best hot springs I have ever been to. We went with 2 children who loved the whole experience. Overall, the hotel and pools are wonderful.

Had a 600 room where the ceiling fan light kept going on and off all night. No master switch but rather a remote control. The ceiling fan hung from a 12 foot ceiling so we had to be acrobatic to pull the string to shut the unit off. Told the front desk but they were more dismissive than empathetic. Otherwise beautiful place, clean facilities and wonderful pools.

We stayed 2 nights in the Ecoluxe building with 3 adults and 2 kids (ages 7 and 10). The room was very clean and a really good size for 5, or even 6 people. The kids were able to sleep on the pull out sofa bed and the adults had the 2 queen size beds in the bedroom. It worked perfectly. There was a microwave and refrigerator in the kitchen area. Adult sized robes and towels are provided for the 23 hot spring pools, as well as unlimited bottled water. I felt wasteful using multiple bottles of water though. I wish they would provide you with a souvenir refillable water bottle rather than all of the disposable plastic bottles. It was in the 20's (F) at night and in the morning, but it wasn't too bad walking from the hotel to the hot springs. They're close enough, and the robes keep you fairly warm. The Ecoluxe building was spotless and beautiful both inside and out, and the staff was super nice. I can't wait to go back!

Thank you for your glowing review of our family-owned resort hotel. It means a lot to the owners and management to have feedback on the areas where we can improve our accommodations and service. Rest assured, we currently use eco-friendly ENSO biodegradable bottles for our branded water bottles and we are in the process of installing refillable water bottle fountains on the property! We hope to see you and your family again soon!
