“Springs were great!! Hotel room was average.”
Reviewed 15 June 2014

Went for two nights and three days, stayed at this lodge. Wow, the hotsprings are wonderful, very kind staff when checking in. Room was very average but super clean. No microwave, no mini fridge either so be prepared to bring a cooler chest to keep in your room.. there is an ice maker down the hall. For $200 per night which was the lowest price available and booked months in advance I want a little mini fridge. Room air conditioner is to small for the room size so room never really got very cool but it did keep the air circulating. I would come back to the springs but not the hotel.

“Too expensive”
Reviewed 10 June 2014

While I enjoyed the many pools and setting, I could not believe the price for a day visit with the ability to return. The amenities were not there to support the price.

“Gorgeous!”
Reviewed 6 June 2014 via mobile

These are probably our favorite hot springs for the great variety this place offers. Love the opportunity to dip into the frigid San Juan River and then choose from over 18 tubs with temps from 94 degrees to 111 in the Lobster Pot pool. This was the first time we visited in during the night and it was simply beautiful. Can't wait to come again.

“Excellent Hot Springs”
Reviewed 3 June 2014

We did not stay at The Springs Resort & Spa, but we sure did enjoy the hot spring pools here. After a long day's drive, the hot springs was just what we needed and we could not have picked a better place to enjoy the hot springs in Pagosa Springs. The way they did the pools it feel more natural and having them along the river is perfect.

We enjoyed each of the pools that we relaxed in and the facilities as a whole. For those that are able to stay in the area longer and can take advantage of visiting more than just one day/evening, I would recommend getting the week or month pass. Since on this trip we were only going to be able to go one night, we did not but the next time we will be in the area for a week and will take advantage of the week pass then. We did upgrade our single trip to the VIP to include the 5 adult only pools. We did not think it was worth the $5/pp upgrade though.

“Best Hot Springs in Colorado”
Reviewed 1 May 2014

We like to soak and have been to many Hot Springs in Colorado. This one is First Class. It has numerous pools from about 95 deg to the Lobster Pot which is 110 deg. There is a private adults only area which is very quiet and as a couple that do not like noisy kids, we really appreciate that. We must note that there were very few children anywhere when we were there. The place was almost spotless and extremely well maintained. It looked like they continually drained and cleaned the pools so every one was cleaned every week. There are also numerous chaise lounges and chairs around the pools and even towel racks where you can hang your robes and towels by every pool. Some of them are even heated.
