“Clean and Dog Friendly”
Reviewed 22 March 2013

Stayed 1 night a week ago. The room was clean and perfectly adequate. Breakfast was basic but fine with several choices including waffles, cereal, eggs & sausage, yogurt and fruit. The dining area was clean. No complaints for this dog friendly hotel. Would stay again.

Stayed here whilst skiing in Wolf Creek for a few days. $100/night for 2 of us, location out of main Pagosa Springs town but within walking distance of a number of eating places. Breakfast included and perfectly ample, but I retain my policy of down-grading all US hotels which serve breakfast on plastic plates, with plastic cutlery (Only in the US!). Internet worked, there was a pool and hot tub which my friend used. Basic, nothing special but comfortable. Staff was helpful, and you can get discounted skiing passes for Wolf Creek from the hotel.

We stayed in this hotel during winter break and it was not worth the money. The breakfast is so so, and the A/C is so loud, everytime it started, woke everyone in the room up.
ALso, we didn't have internet access in the room during our stay. We had to go to lobby for internet. And we didn't have housekeeping one day just because the management problem. Anyway, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed here for a weekend ski trip and will never stay here again. Don't get me wrong, the management was very kind. The problem is that the guests who stayed in the adjoining room were loud and up very late. Add to that the very thin walls which buffer no noise and we could literally hear their conversations thus making it extremely hard to sleep.

My friends and family had a good time in Pagosa at the Pagosa Springs Inn. Upon arrival, we were upgraded at no additional cost to the new building that they had recently built. For the price paid, I had expectations of staying in a nice room, so I didn't see it as a real upgrade. The room was very nice, however the couch must have been old as there was a huge sink hole when you sat on it. We didn't spend much time in the room as we were out exploring the town, and enjoying the hot springs. The Hot Springs were the best part of the stay and that was the reason for staying at the hotel. It was in a very convenient location and am glad to have experienced it.

We stayed here three nights. For the price it is very good and the management is very friendly and tries very hard to please. The rooms are standard, but the bedding is nice and they have a refridgerator, lots of TV channels, wifi, etc. Everything that you would expect of a more expensive hotel except the free newspaper. The breakfast is better than the usual continental hotel breakfast though not up to par with Embassy Suites or Residence Inn for free breakfasts. The location is near nice restaurants and shopping - better than downtown in our opinion unless you want your hotel to have hot springs. We like the indoor pool, exercise room, free pool table and ping pong, and other extras.

We stayed 2 nights . Elevator was broken so we asked to be on 1st floor which was fine. We had 3 tv's in room . Would have been nice to just have1 bigger flat screeen. We did notice they had lots of pets staying at hotel which is nice but I am sure they dont get rid of all dog hair from rooms if you have allergies. One woman coming in had 3 little dogs and I am sure they slept on the bed. Room rates were average but hotel could use a little updating. Very convenient location
