Rooms are nice sized and very clean. Agree with others that you can hear EVERYTHING in the next room. We were in Room 7 so were on the end of the building. Room six had a large barking dog and a small child that ran laps the length of their rooms (it was a 1 bdrm with living room). And ran and ran and ran. I know that is not the innkeepers' issue, but the rooms are far from soundproof. Also, it was Sept and at night in Colorado it gets cold. the room, despite a wall heater, was very chilly. would not want to stay here in true winter.
Some rooms had full kitchens. Ours had a "kitchenette" -- a microwave and a fridge. The sign said we needed to wash any dishes we used -- but the only sink was the tiny bathroom one.
Hot tub was very nice -- large, lots of jets, near the river -- but much too much chlorine.
Innkeepers are very nice, but not particularly accessible if you need anything. Never did find any ice. No cell service in Redstone. The lodge does have a community building with a courtesy phone, but almost everything is long distance so kind of a pain. Also, no free wi-fi. Had to pay to use, either by the hour or by the day. Seems to me that wi-fi should just be available anymore. this is the only place on our 10 day trip that we had to pay for wi-fi.
Summary -- nice and clean, reasonably comfortable, but for the price, you can find others in the general area that are better.
