“Authentic Mexican Food”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 9 April 2014

The food here was very authentic and WONDERFUL! The chips were a mix of corn and flour homemade and with the homemade salsa, they went perfectly together. The salads served before the meal were crisp and had the perfect balance of dressing and feta cheese. This was the highlight of my meal! We had the fish tacos which were again, flavorful with fresh veggies and a tasty sauce.

One thing, we weren't sure where the entrance was so we spent a few minutes walking around the doors/windows. Although the door was obvious, it was closed as well as just a plain wooden door so we didn't know if it was the service door or what.

“Cozy place for great food!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 4 March 2014

The Adobe Inn has been around for some time, and they've made a good name for themselves in Ridgway and the surrounding. So good that we'll often drive over from Montrose for dinner here. The atmosphere is way cool, with authentic stucco walls, arches, tile floors, and wood accents. It's small and cozy. There is plenty of Spanish/Mexican decor for the eye to wander to, but not too much. Be sure to check out the lobby! The servers are friendly, and while sometimes understaffed when busy, they make sure you're taken care of. The food has always been good, as are the margaritas. We've always enjoyed their corn casserole served with most any dish, as well as their mix of flour and corn tortilla chips. The homemade salsa is excellent! This is a great place to hang with friends after a hard day skiing in Telluride, or with your significant other on date night. So order up a margarita or two, and enjoy your evening!

“Best in Ridgway!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 4 March 2014 via mobile

Adobe Inn is my favorite restaurant in Ridgway and one of my fave restaurant's anywhere. The margaritas are the perfect way to start a very yummy meal. The salsa is fresh and the best. Be sure to order a salad to go with your entrée. I don't know anyone who has been disappointed with an Adobe experience. Great everything!!!

“If you like South of the border cuisine stop here.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 4 March 2014 via mobile

Great value for the filling meal, starting with the chips and salsa that immediately arrives when you are seated. Excellent sauces of choice and ample servings are certain to satisfy. Not a taco joint but rather fine dining southwest style.

“At one time was good.”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 9 February 2014

Have eaten there many times for several years. The past 2-3 times have been disappointed in the food and service. Last time was a few weeks ago, food was cold in the middle, kinda like it was pre made and just heated up. If you get Heather as a server all will be good, the others? Don't plan on going back for a while.
