My favorite bar in Snowmass. The staff is awesome, the drinks are amazing, and the food diverse. My favorite is the tuna tartare. It's a great place for happy hour for the entire family. Kids can play out in the snow while parents can enjoy a delicious drink. Family friendly and great for a quick lunch or dinner!

I just had a burger/fries and beer, so I am not able to comment much on the food. The burger and fries were good. The beer was cold and the staff very friendly. Four of us went in for the music on Mardi Gras, and the live music was great, especially the Zydeco band they had outside. There is a nice wood floor, and much dancing to the band. This is a fun place. The only negative is the restroom is downstairs, and the elevator is slow and inconvenient. I will have to go back in the summer. The younger set was upstairs for the D.J. music.

Ambiance: little
Noise: none (the place was empty)
Meal: lunch
Food: sucked. Cold fries. Overdone burgers. We weren't early OR late for the meal.

We stopped by after skiing and stood at the bar for at least 10 minutes waiting for the ONE bartender to even greet us. Why there is only 1 bartender on a crowded Sunday afternoon apres ski in March is beyond me, but the bartender was making drinks for the servers as well as for the customers. Finally we got our drinks and moved to a table where our waitress didn't acknowledge us for at least another 10 minutes. We ordered a second drink...dirty Stoli martini and a Corona. They don 't carry Stoli so we were told Ciroc is the closet. Drink came in a pint glass, flavored vodka, soda water and olive juice...yuck...and at a price of $15 for one drink. No thanks, there are more places to go for an after ski beer. On a positive note, the guitar player was great!

We are always a little nervous about finding good vegan food while traveling. Base Camp had lots of good options. The falafel was yummy.
