What a pleasant surprise to have lunch at a ski area "cafeteria" that was so upscale and offered great choices. I had a plate of tiny portions of different items from the salad bar, including a pico de gaillo (sp?), a lentil salad, a quinoa salad, white bean salad, tuna salad. There were many other things at the salad bar, including different greens (kale was one, and I didn't see the others because I didn't want the greens), other pasta salads, onions, and some of the regular items you see at most salad bars. I also had a cup of tomato bisque that was obviously made by a trained chef. DELICIOUS!
My husband had a kid's grilled cheese and some chips that looked to be homemade.
The price was high for lunch, $40 for two of us, but it was a treat for us to be on that mountain on such a beautiful day and enjoy a good meal that was also healthful.
