“Good food, great service”
Reviewed 22 March 2013

The Silver Fork was recommended by our hotel, Wolf Creek Ski Lodge, and we weren't disappointed. It was St. Patrick's Day and they had a special menu, including corned beef and cabbage. The food was delicious and the service was fantastic. Friendly folks, good food and very affordable.

“Excellent!!”
Reviewed 15 March 2013

Everything was great. Not your typical mountain town food. The service was excellent. I would definately recommend this and eat there again.

“Pretty good for South Fork!”
Reviewed 18 February 2013

I wasn't expecting much- this is South Fork, a very small mountain community. I was pleasantly surprised to have such a nice dinner. Our server was cordial, even the manager came by to say hello. Dinner came out in a reasonable amount of time, and if I recall the prices weren't too bad either. It's not a formal place by any means- jeans will be just fine. I will have to remember this place next time I pass through town.

“Best place to eat in town”
Reviewed 17 February 2013

Recommended by our hotel, the Spruce Lodge, this place was terrific. The food was great, service was good and we had a great table near the fireplace. For sports fans, the other room has big TVs.

I wish we had found it sooner. We ate at The Shaft two nights in a row. One night is plenty. I would eat at silver fork multiple times.

“Fantastic Comfort Food”
Reviewed 16 February 2013

From the friendliness and good humor of our waitress to the quality and flavor of our food, The Silver Fork is now our go to place in South Fork. Our only complaint was they were out of the Buffalo Pot Roast the night we dined. However, we were not disappointed in our Italian nachos, beer mac and cheese, salads and desert. What a gem of a find. Great comfort menu and great prices.
