We did the high mountain max tour and another day the Rabbit pass dinner tour - both were so totally different yet both just fantastic views and a ton of fun.
The high mt max tour - you do some mileage on this one, and feel like you are in the middle of the mountains - and UP in the moutains - with awesome views from every angle. We saw an Elk! It was a great break from skiing and you really felt like you were in CO.
The dinner tour - totally different experience, it was a winter wonderland and traveled through the tree's and there was a TON of snow - plus it was snowing, but wow - and the continental divide. And then the dinner - can't touch it anywhere, steak and trout is what our group got and it was the best ever - literally the best meal of our week.
So for us - a toss up as to which tour to pick. The entire staff was an A+, and this company went above and beyond to make sure we ended our spring break with a bang & took great care of us. If you are going to book with anyone - book with them, and you will leave with a smile. We would re book with them! K. Humphries

“So much fun”

Snowmobiling is as fun as you think not will be. No disappointment. Plus the guides were very friendly and respectful of all the different abilities.

Even though there was a large group of 50 people we all split into 8-10 and went off in different directions. So the forest seemed to be ours for the couple of ours we were out.

This was the first time anyone from our group of 8 (4 adults, 4 teens) went snowmobiling and we had a blast! Ben was a great guide - professional, patient and fun!

“A great snowmobile experience”

Steamboat Snowmobile Tours is the best! A van came to pick us up where we were staying and we headed up the mountain. Then we were outfitted with gear and a lesson. We were then guided out to many different terrains and spectacular views. Matt House was our guide and you could tell he really wanted everyone in his party to have a blast. The equipment was in good working condition and I never felt uneasy about anything...but I did feel like I had become an experienced snowmobiler at the end of two hours! My son and I will definitely return next year.

“Great and FUN!!!”

We had the 4 hours tour with Andrew..and it was 4 hours of fun and excitement. The views are breathtaking. Andrew was always looking and taking care of all the group..we were maybe 8 or more. They give you a suit and boots if you don't have the correct equipment the only thing you need to have is the goggles. A plus I forgot my camera in the pocket of the suit and they keep it for me until we return to pick it up.
