Bronze Tree Condominiums

We loved Bronze Tree's ski-in convenience and the remarkable views of both the mountain and over the Yampa Valley. Steamboat's only indoor pool is great for the kids. Great outdoor hot tub!

Free on-call shuttle service is like a private limo to take your group anywhere in town. We called them when paying our restaurant bill or in the supermarket checkout, and the shuttle was sitting there waiting for us when we came outside.

Bronze Tree is hard to beat.

Room Tip: Rooms ending in 4 to 7 offer the best views, as do the higher floors. If available, choose Platinum...

Room Tip: Higher units have better view, elevator keeps everyone close to the snow.

My wife and I stayed here with one of our sons. We found the Bronze Tree condo to be very clean and well appointed and all three rooms had a great view of the ski hill and the valley. The pool area was clean and the hot tub had a nice view--a great place to unwind with a glass of wine after a long drive. This is our second trip using Resort Quest in Steamboat and both times, getting the room key was a small hassle. Note to self--next time we will ask where to pick the key up. Both times, we called the 800# and were told to go to such and such a place, always very nearby so not a big deal, to get the key. This should part of the reservation process, IMHO.

We have grown to love Steamboat as a "real" way to experience skiing and Colorado. The charming downtown has an authentic, cowboy feel to it and Bronze Tree is a perfect way to experience the mountain and champagne powder of skiing. These units are affordably priced [relative to other mountain accommodations], and are well-kept with EXCEPTIONAL cleanliness and service from the staff. We stayed in unit #201, which had a current, cool, non-snowshoe decor, EXCELLENT layout/function and location. We've experienced Steamboat in summer and winter for almost 10 years -- appreciating the relative bang-for-the-buck value combined with world-class outdoor activities -- with THIS being our favorite. We'll be back ASAP!!!

Room Tip: #201 is a 3-bdrm/2-bath unit on a quiet wing.

First stay - what an incredible location - views of the valley and the mountain - great patios on a Spring Day to sit outside and take in all the sights
Bronze Tree is an intimate condominium where the owners and resort managers really take pride in the facility.
We walked to breakfast at the Sheraton - good food and look right onto the ski hill. We drove to lunch (you can call the Brinze Tree shuttle if you do not rent a car) at Rex's in the Holiday Inn - a hidden gem whose owners also own 3 other palces (inclduign Mazzola's which is also a favorite)
Later we are going into town for some shopping, then to the Day Spa at the Sheraton (alos within walking distance just down the hill)
Tonite we will go see the Art show in town and then dinner at Cafe diva - we have never eaten there but hear it is great - it is at Torian Plum which is also walkign distance to Bronze Tree

Room Tip: Go for the higher elevations (3 and Up)

We loved the location of the condo. Walk out, ski- in, great view; could also walk to several restaurants, take the condo shuttle or the city bus. The condo was well-maintained and updated, with granite counters, tile floors, roomy tiled showers. It was well furnished, with flat screen tv's in each room (2 bedrooms, 1 living room), though we read mostly in front of the fireplace. When we arrived, the sliding glass door had a huge gap to the outside, letting in cold air. We called, left to get our rental equipment, and after returning, it was fixed and fit snugly. The staff was friendly, professional, and responsive. The public areas were also updated and well maintained. We got a good deal using Steamboat Central Reservations.
